The Silencing of Free Speech #ConstitutionalCrisis

Hate Speech: Law of the land?

Our schools are brain-washing our children and educating them incorrectly on the United States Constitution. Thanks to the left-biased common core loving liberals, hate speech, is now a term in public schools. What it really is in disguise is a chilling way to silence our freedom of speech as protected by the United States Constitution. Are we in a crisis?

Yes. The freedom of speech is central to our existence as Americans, like the ACLU parades around stating, when they train their social justice warriors at #ResistTrump movement, “dissent is patriotic”. Ask Milo Yiannopoulos, whom had Berkeley lose their mind over his speech he intended on giving there. The violence, hypocrisy, and unconstitutional strategizing of the “alt left” is startling and really demoralizing. The IQ must be low for the “alt left”, since resorting to violence seems to  be the answer.

Fighting the intolerance.

The best thing to do at this point is know your rights. Shockingly, even the ACLU, whom leans as far left as it comes, has called out the unconstitutional silencing of our freedom of speech. As they stated, they “believe that all campuses should adhere to First Amendment principles because academic freedom is a bedrock of education in a free society.” The ACLU got it right this time, it truly is. Without free speech, colleges and universities can use it to suppress dissent. They can use it to silence your freedom you are guaranteed as Americans. Nothing, is more frightening than that. Imagine how the nation would become, and some would argue it already has, stooped to this level of violating the law.

Silencing the freedom of speech is nothing short but an attack on American values. Keep your guns. Keep your private property. Keep your freedom of speech.

Our most profound moments in history wouldn’t of happened without the freedom of speech, imagine if Dr. King was silenced on his famous “I have a dream” speech. That is not the America we want, that’s what Hillary’s America might of wanted, but we need to stand strong when it comes to our Constitution and especially our bill of rights.

CAIR and SDUSD: What You Need to Know.

How DC Power Broker, CAIR, influenced San Diego Unified School District’s education establishment

CAIR, a group who stated themselves that their purpose is that the organization actively “engages in public advocacy to promote a greater understanding of Islam among the American public and policymakers.” A DC power broker and Islamic religious organization has been lobbying the Board Members of our school district and many other public education systems to teach Islam in public schools. This is a fundamental violation of the separation of Church and state as listed in the United States Constitution. I find the intolerant left ideology truly at its height in this example I am discussing: Literally, students; teachers; parents; and communities stood vigorously opposing Secretary of Education, Betsy Devos because they claimed she was too religious to lead the public education system. Some feared, she would be biased towards LGBT students and other minority groups, yet we allow a DC religious organization to teach tolerance about religion from a Islamist perspective. We tell Christians they cannot pray in public schools. What. The. Fuck. Pardon my french, but this one hits a nerve because its local politics. And by the way, our public school decisions like this one shouldn’t be political, but SDUSD Board Members made it that way by allowing the Muslim Brotherhood into the school district. Instead of the radical left making out Devos to be a villain, I instead see a woman of integrity who happens to be religious, but correctly leaves her views at home in order to do the job. I wish I could say the same for intolerant leftist leading the SDUSD school district. It is unfair and it is wrong to allow one group to infiltrate our public schools, teach their religion, then allow other kids to sit during our Pledge of Allegiance, citing freedom of religion for their choice. Yet compulsory studies of Islam will now be the law of the land in San Diego Unified School District. THIS IS NOT WHAT AMERICA STANDS FOR.  Leave your politics out of the classroom, bedroom, and boardroom. #smallgovt

Nikki Haley is everything the U.S. Envoy to the U.N. desperately needed.

Haley Asserts American strength and fight for justice.

One of the most critical arguments in opposition to Nikki Haley’s confirmation was her lack of experience to do the job at the United Nations on behalf of the U.S.  Haley, was South Carolina’s governor who completely revitalized their economy and stood up to racism, and instilled the very sentiment of equality that she believed her state symbolized.

In comparison to Samantha Power, the resume would speak for itself. Haley doesn’t have a Master of Public Policy like Power did from the Harvard JFK School of Government nor did she have a law degree from Harvard law school, she instead had so much more, the right intentions, unlike Samantha Power and her cheerleading for anti-semitism on the floor of the United Nations. I am outraged at the Obama administrations spread of Jewish hostilities and anti-Israel sentiment in the UN, but what Haley has done in her short three months on the job blows Samantha Power out of the water. She has re-asserted the United States strength to the international stage, and furthermore, has proven that the Trump administration  won’t tolerate violation of basic human rights, no matter how big and tough that countries allies may be, even if it’s Syria using Russia as its bull-dog to ward off any criticism from the international community.

Haley is truly everything the United States needed from it’s ambassador to the U.S. envoy at the U.N. She has shown us that atrocities will not continue and the United States, whether with or without the U.N., will act in response and will not hesitate to stand up for justice when justice is placed on the back-burner. Haley echoes the policy of Trump at the Untied Nations, but let’s be clear, she has been given the trust and wiggle room to use her talent to help shape American foreign policy.

Haley has shown us that when it comes to standing up for what is right and just, that doesn’t vote blue or red, justice has no political party. Donald Trump should be extremely pleased with his pick for the United Nations ambassador, she is proving to be of crucial importance in his administration early on.

Maybe, just maybe, Haley will be the next secretary of state. What we have seen however, is that she was needed by the United States and Israel most in a difficult time at the U.N, and has saved the foundations of equality that we echo to the international community.

Terrorism Funding and the U.S.

The Anti-Israel Agenda by Obama

The Palestinian Authority in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank have been questionable when it comes to their leaders they have in power. The Hamas are a terrorist’s organization that call for an end to Israel and for the systematic decimation of the Jews. President Barack Obama released “221 million dollars” in tax payer’s money to Palestinian officials during a time when the leadership of Palestine has not been verified as to whether or not they have direct Hamas ties. The United States, under President Barack Obama was indirectly and possibly even directly supporting terrorist organizations. This is completely contrary to our fundamental values as Americans and should be reviewed by appropriate authority. Obama was anti-Israel and his actions during his Presidency and support for an Anti-Israel United Nations is proof of it.

Certain conditions must be met in order to allow for aid to Palestine to be legal. These conditions include:

  • No aid to Hamas terrorists
  • A commitment of the Palestinians to supporting an Israel State (Two State Solution)

Obama has disregarded these conditions and has supported terrorism. In a world where anti-Semitism is on the rise, this is completely unacceptable. Donald Trump has reinvigorated U.S. support for our ally, Israel. Nikki Haley, in her role as U.N. Ambassador has reiterated this support for Israel on the floor of the United Nations. The past administration has completely disregarded our critical ally Israel and has allowed the smear campaign in the United Nations against them to persist. Now more than ever, we came through for Israel during a critical time. Nikki Haley has assured us that we will not allow Muslim extremist to accomplish their goal of wiping Israel and the Jews off the face of the earth.

Haley’s Rising Stardom

Way to go, Nikki Haley

un-ambassador

Nikki Haley, the United States ambassador to the United Nations has proven her leadership capabilities on the international arena in her first months in her new role. Haley was clearly the choice for a international position. She has every facet of what a leader ought to embody.

Did Trump get it right?

Haley, in my opinion should of been secretary of state. She has proven her assertiveness with her diplomatic strategy. She has re-asserted the United States on the UN floor – she has made it clear that she is America first, and will not tolerate the bias against our friend and ally, Israel. Obama has been feeding into the lie of the apartheid that Muslims have created to get rid of the Jews from the face of the earth. Shame on Obama and Samantha Powers. We live in a world of rising anti-semitism, if there is one thing we have learned is that we can never let Nazi Germany happen again. Obama clearly didn’t care or respect the only Middle Eastern democracy in the Middle East, and instead, sent American tax payers dollars to fund terrorist groups, like the Hamas or interfered with the Israeli election by funding hundreds of thousands of dollars into Netanyahu’s opposition party. He even had them trained on how to run a political campaign and strategize. Lucky for Netanyahu, the illegal campaign and its finances failed, just like Hillary Clinton’s presidential run.

One thing is certain, Haley has proven herself and this could be the rise of a strong female politician for the GOP. It’s about time, America has heard enough of Carly Fiorina (she is not a true Republican – she shipped jobs to other countries, not America first) and we have been fearful enough of Hillary Clinton, who will likely go down as the most corrupt woman to ever enter politics. Or maybe worse, the first female to run for president while also going to jail. Trump knew Haley was a key to his success, and he was certainly right.  #LockHerUp #JudicialWatch

Why I regret the day I said “I’m With Her”.

The Importance of Understanding the Issues

I remember when I truly feared Donald Trump. I remember seeing the support from hate groups and thinking to myself, “Holy shit, this is the regressive movement”. I at one point, thought Hillary Clinton was the beacon of shining hope to lead the free world against all evil. Hillary Clinton is the evil. She is the epitome of the corrupt establishment.

I will not deny that her e-mails being hacked invaded her privacy. We are all entitled to our privacy. What Julian Assange did and what Snowden did were two very different things. However, I say this with seriousness, thank you Julian Assange for showing me the type of person HRC truly is. I discredited Wikileaks early on from the get go. I told myself, “they aren’t real”; “people are against her just because she’s female” (and some are – but Wikileaks exposed her corruption, not her genitals); “Hillary Cares”; my conclusion is this: Hillary is dangerous, and in my opinion, way more dangerous than anything Donald Trump has ever done in his lifetime. I voted for Hillary Clinton, but I say this in all seriousness, If I could go back in time, I would not only vote for Donald Trump, but I would PUBLICLY SUPPORT TRUMP DESPITE THOSE WHO WOULD TELL ME IM STUPID FOR DOING SO.

This past election showed me many things about my own personal beliefs and politics in America. Most would be surprised by my newly-found support for Trump, especially because I’m a gay male. I don’t find Trump a threat to the gays. Michael Pence will always be an asshole. But I can and never will support any candidate for President that disregards the law and puts her own interest above the American people she claims to love.

The Real Threat to American Democracy: Ignoring Anti-Semitism in the 21st century

us_israel_lobbies-MCS.jpg

Anti-Semitism is a dark reminder of how far we haven’t progressed in society. It serves as a symbol for darkness that is much too recent for many Jews in the United States and those especially living in Israel. The Holocaust was not too long ago. Adolf Hitler’s campaign to exterminate Jews from the face of the earth was not some event from histories deep past, but rather, during World War II and still serves as facet of reality permanent branded on some Jews today. The real threat to American democracy is not denying Muslims entry into the United States, but rather, continuously ignoring the anti-Semitic upraise against Jewish college students and supporters of Pro Israel activist groups on college campuses. Those suppressed and told their free speech does not serve in the interest of the Students for Justice in Palestine and Muslim Student Association, are horrific reminders of what happens when we stay silent, when we stay silent, we see events unfold that took place in Hitler’s Nazi Germany. Refusing to speak up, whether on the right or on the left in this issue, makes you a bystander.

Inaction is a choice and not the fall back that can be continued to be used an excuse for the failure to act. The millions who died in the Holocaust, Rwanda, Bosnia, and Syria amongst several others are owed the due diligence of recognizing inaction of the past in order to digest the actions of the future.  Actions will always speak louder than words. Your word is your value, follow through on your commitments, defend the right choice, versus sticking with the status quo to appease others. Anti-Semitism is Jewish students across the nation lying and shamed into not telling others they are Jewish. Being critical of Israel is holding Netanyahu to his promises, calling for his death and the death of the Jews in the name of Jihad is anti-Semitism. Anti-Semitism is the single handed targeting of the Jewish people, for no single reason more than that they are Jewish and one holds the belief they are entitled to something they possess or need. The Hamas, promote this very leftist form of anti-Semitism that is unfortunately surfacing in the liberal teachings of Ph.D. professors and faculty members of distinguished universities. The solution is simple, reject the liberal cry. Reject this form of a “fragging” that is being pushed by Democratic leaders to prevent the mindless and uninformed from making their own decisions.

Now more than ever is the time for students who do not identify as liberal, a democrat, and who do not support Palestine, it is your turn to stand up. Being one person in disagreement leads to two, then in turn leads to a group of advocates on behalf of the issue they are taking stance on. Before you know it you have an entire movement before your eyes. The lies of the Media and the Alt-Left do not need to persist, we can take back the government g that is rightfully ours and restore American democracy and the American dream our ancestors pursued in the first place.

Often, it is exhibited by the army of leftists the alt-left democrats deploy on college campuses, who are more better off identifying as socialist, rather than smearing the name of Democrats in the name of “equality” that exemplify this new arena for a dangerous form of anti-Semitism. They advocate for Palestine on the principal of equality and that they are seeking a solution that is fair and just. Dissolving the only Jewish state in the name of Jihad is not equality, that threat is a very imminent one to the Jewish people, and one that the United States ought to respond too. The past administration showed a clear break away from previous public policy in relation to Israel. Obama has been criticized for being anti-Israel, and dare I claim, anti-Semitic. His relations with Israel’s president, Benjamin Netanyahu were crumbling at the hands of his support for Palestine, more importantly, his support for the terrorist organization, the Hamas.

Young people on college campuses need to research the issues they discuss before posting on social media or regurgitating the liberal cries for Palestine’s justice in the name of Jihad on college campuses. Public education is not the mechanism for support of a Jihadist group, nor the appropriate way of getting your message across in the first place. It is prudent that before we choose to engage in the Muslim infiltration of our democratic government that we analyze and understand, truly what we are supporting. Repeating what you hear without your own voice, is a sign of a failed republic, acceptance of propaganda, and the disappearance of what it means to have true freedom in your government. Freedom, is the central tenet to our existence. Without freedom, there is no justice. Without justice, there is no state for the agreed upon morals to guide our law-making process for the establishment of government. Morals are the principles on which our society efficiently rules itself and the people give power to elected officials, in which they, the governed, can trust their leaders. Israel most closely aligns with the United States, a stark contrast to the European socialism widespread across the continent, Israel must be supported by American foreign policy.

Failure to support the ally Israel is detrimental to the existence of themselves and the United States as a foreign power that is influential in foreign affairs. Israel and the United States must make this promise to one another, we cannot let our ally in the Middle East fend for themselves. Have we learned nothing from Hitler’s Nazism, or will we allow history to repeat itself? We have the chance to change the future of our ally and to write history. Ask yourself: Do you want to be remembered as the generation that stood up for the group that has been continuously persecuted through histories past, or the generation that stood silent and allowed Hezbollah to destroy the very principles on which our country was grounded? The choice is ours.
